KinkyKelt.com hopes you are pleased with your items that you purchased, however, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we can exchange only items that have been unused and unopened within 30 days of you receiving your original order.

All customers have the right to cancel any order within 30 days.

Please return the goods, unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Defective Items.

If the product is defective, please advise us of the issue in a covering letter when returning the product. If the product is operated by batteries please ensure that they are the correct size and that they are fitted correctly

Goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days of any defect. After 30 days an exchange will only be available.

All faulty returned products will be tested when we receive them and if found to be working will be sent back to you.

Please clean the items before returning.

Clothing

Due to the nature of our products, Health and Hygiene laws govern what we can accept as returns.

Any products with a crotch area can't be returned once opened and worn due to Health laws.

Returning an Item

No exchanges will be given until the goods are returned and approved as an acceptable return.

We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel that you send to us.
